About Carple
Carple is a web app that allows it's users to connect with each other to create a Carpool based on the area that they live in, and their work schedule.
Purpose
The purpose of Carple is to unclog freeways during rush hour (when people head to work) by providing a way for people to create a carpool. If more people carpool instead of driving on their own, there would be less cars on the road. Furthermore, this is good for the environment because it would greatly decrease the carbon footprint left by cars. Lastly, Carple is completely free so it is also a great way to save money by carpooling with other users.
How to use Carple
- Select Where You Live
- Enter Where You Work
- Select Your Schedule's Start Time
- Select Your Schedule's End Time
- A list of groups that match your info will be displayed
